"Stay Grounded" Check off list

As we get deeper into spring and closer to the summer it's important to to stay grounded. Many people hear the term "grounded" and automatically think of being barefoot outside in thee grass. Though, placing your feet on the earth is one major way to ground, there are any other way stay grounded. Our "I Did It" Stay grounded check off list gives you a list of 30 things that you can do to stay grounded. The best part about the list is that I will checking off the list also, so we're in this together :)
