Things you'll need: You'll need a medium sauce pot, Distilled or Spring Water, a sweetener (honey is recommended), and a mason jar. 

Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Echinaeca Herbs, Organic Cinnamon Sticks, Organic Ginger Root Herbs, Organic Clove Buds.

(This can also be used as and herbal tea)
